RESOLUTION ON THE RADAR OF POTENZA PICENA, ITALY
20th April 2013
The international congress &#8220;Radar, radiofrequency and health risk&#8221;, which is held today Saturday, April 20th, 2013 in Potenza Picena, Macerata, Italy, found out several scientific findings regarding the radar placed in Potenza Picena:
&#61623; an alteration of the cell viability in cultured cells exposed to the radar signal under controlled conditions (in a Tem cell), with the activation of apoptosis in a short term exposure and with an activation of cell survival signals for 48-hours exposures;
&#61623; the cells cultured in the houses of Potenza Picena under the radar signal exposure showed the same alterations of in vitro studies;
&#61623; the methylation of DNA occurred to such exposed cultured cells, that may be responsible of a genetic damage on a long term even for low dose exposures;
&#61623; the epidemiology study for the period 1986-1991 shows a significant increase of tumor risk (1.6) and of stroke risk (1.4).
Given the previous evidences, the following signatories are morally engaged to declare that the radar in Potenza Picena cannot be defined as &#8220;safe&#8221; for the population and it should switched off or removed.

International Doctor's Appeal 2012 - 10 Years after Freiburg Appeal: Wireless radiation poses a health risk. Physicians demand precaution now. More than 1000 physicians signed the &#8220;Freiburg Appeal&#8221; in 2002. It was translated into many languages. As many as 36,000 people from all over the world support its warning about the dangers of wireless radiation. Today-ten years later-we as physicians call again on the international community. We are deeply concerned. Despite all warnings, more and more new wireless technologies are introduced into our lives: cell phone networks, TETRA, LTE, cordless phones, Wi-Fi, baby monitors, wireless meters, digital radio and TV, and many others. All of these wireless technologies overload the biophysical pathways of cell communication in living systems with increasing layers and densities of electromagnetic fields.
Human, animal, and plant life is controlled by naturally occurring electromagnetic fields (EMF) and signals. Technical fields and frequencies can interfere profoundly with the biological processes of cell communication and cell metabolism. Initially, the self-healing power of living beings will compensate for imbalances through finely tuned control mechanisms. Prolonged electromagnetic stress, however, may lead to a chronic lack of energy and resulting diseases.
The consequences of this fundamental impairment of self-regulation have repeatedly been demonstrated in scientific studies: clumping of red blood cells, increased permeability of the protective blood-brain barrier, changes in brain wave activity and heart rhythm, unbalanced release of neurotransmitters and hormones (especially the increase in stress hormones), immune system impairment, damage to the genetic material, lowered fertility, to name only a few of the best known examples. Oxidative cell stress-a major cause of many diseases-has been shown to be the main effect mechanism of radiation exposure. As physicians, we currently observe a worrisome rise in mental health problems such as depression, burnout syndrome as well as sleep, anxiety, and panic disorders. This also applies to a multitude of other diseases: stroke (also in children and even in fetuses in the womb), degenerative neurological disorders (e.g. dementia, epilepsy, brain tumors), headaches, autism, learning disorders, concentration problems, behavioral disorders, allergies, skin problems, pain syndromes, susceptibility to infections, high blood pressure, metabolic disorders, multi-system disorders, and cancer, to name only the most prominent and most frequent symptoms and disorders.
More and more frequently, we also observe a clear pattern of temporal and spatial relationships between the onset of these symptoms and disorders and the start of a radiation exposure, e.g. in the vicinity of a newly installed cell tower, heavy cell phone use, or the use of a DECT cordless phone, wireless Internet router, or other wireless technology in the home, in a neighbor's home, or at work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;Children and adolescents especially and increasingly display addictive behavior in the use of their cell phones and other online devices. According to the latest scientific evidence, they are also the most vulnerable.
The number of those who suffer from electromagnetic hypersensitivity is steadily growing. Electrosensitive individuals can develop severe symptoms immediately or even several hours after the exposure to technical electromagnetic fields and frequencies. As physicians we welcome that Sweden has recognized electromagnetic hypersensitivity as a functional impairment and has provided protected zones for affected people. We would also like to point out and emphasize that the European Parliament has called on its member states &#8220;to follow the example of Sweden&#8221; and that U.S. State Governors have raised public awareness about the consequences of electromagnetic hypersensitivity. The initiative of the Austrian Medical Association, which has released a guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of electrosensitive individuals, hopefully will also catch on in other countries.
Our medical observations have been confirmed by scientific findings. Adverse effects of electromagnetic fields and the fundamental impairment of biological control mechanisms well below current exposure limits have been demonstrated, and in some instances, for decades. The report of the international BioInitiative Working Group (2007) has documented a multitude of health hazards and risks based on the evaluation of more than 1500 scientific studies. Since then numerous recent studies have confirmed the worrisome results and at the same time have shown that current exposure limits, which are based exclusively on thermal effects, are obsolete. The World Health Organization (WHO) classified RF radiation as a cancer risk in May 2011. And market-leading manufacturers of cell phones (Nokia 2001, Swisscom 2003, etc.) corroborate the association when they justify their patent applications with the argument of cancer risk.
In numerous appeals and resolutions over the past years, more and more scientists and physicians have pointed to the health risks associated with wireless radiation. In 2008 the Russian Radiation Protection Committee gave a warning about the catastrophic consequences, and again in 2011, intensified its warning. The European Environment Agency called for urgent precautionary action in 2009. The European Parliament repeated the same call also in 2009 and, in a unanimous resolution in 2011, the European Council urged members to abandon wireless communication policies that are seen as unsustainable in their current form. A recurrent theme of these appeals and resolutions is the fear that in particular this generation of children and adolescents will be harmed. Thus in the fall of 2011, the European Environment Agency has renewed its call for precautionary action, especially with regard to children and adolescents.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;With this appeal, we as physicians call on our colleagues and all citizens around the world:
Educate and inform yourself, and pass this information on to your family, neighbors, friends, and politicians. Stand up for your own physical and mental health and the health of those in your care by choosing wired communication technologies whenever possible.
As physicians, we think the following policy steps are urgently needed:
•	Immediately stop all expansion of wireless communication technologies, especially TETRA and LTE networks; drastically lower exposure limits&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;•	Protect the inviolability of home by lowering exposure levels from the outside&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;•	Stop the use of continuous wireless transmitters such as cordless phones (DECT), wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi), and wireless meters&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;•	Switch to wired or fiber-optic technologies whenever possible, especially in preschools, schools, nursing homes, and public buildings&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;•	Ban the use of cell phones by children, and the ban of cell phones and Wi-Fi on public transportation&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;•	Attach warning labels on all devices with wireless functions-similar to cigarette packages&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;•	Promote biocompatible communication technologies&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;•	Identify and clearly mark protected zones for electrohypersensitive people; establish public spaces without wireless access or coverage, especially in hospitals&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;•	Provide government funding for industry-independent research that does not dismiss scientific and medical reports of potential risks, but rather works to clarify those risks. Leading scientists consider the massive disruptions of the biophysical functioning of life as the greatest experiment in human history ever. 		<title>American Academy of Environmental Medicine: Electromagnetic and Radiofrequency Fields Effect on Human Health</title>

&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;For over 50 years, the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) has been studying and treating the effects of the environment on human health. In the last 20 years, our physicians began seeing patients who reported that electric power lines, televisions and other electrical devices caused a wide variety of symptoms. By the mid 1990's, it became clear that patients were adversely affected by electromagnetic fields and becoming more electrically sensitive. In the last five years with the advent of wireless devices, there has been a massive increase in radiofrequency (RF) exposure from wireless devices as well as reports of hypersensitivity and diseases related to electromagnetic field and RF exposure. Multiple studies correlate RF exposure with diseases such as cancer, neurological disease, reproductive disorders, immune dysfunction, and electromagnetic hypersensitivity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;The electromagnetic wave spectrum is divided into ionizing radiation such as ultraviolet and X-rays and non-ionizing radiation such as ultrasound and radiofrequency (RF), which includes WiFi, cell phones, and Smart Meter wireless communication. It has long been recognized that ionizing radiation can have a negative impact on health. However, the effects of non-ionizing radiation on human health recently have been seen. Discussions and research of non-ionizing radiation effects centers around thermal and non-thermal effects. According to the FCC and other regulatory agencies, only thermal effects are relevant regarding health implications and consequently, exposure limits are based on thermal effects only.1&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;While it was practical to regulate thermal bioeffects, it was also stated that non-thermal effects are not well understood and no conclusive scientific evidence points to non-thermal based negative health effects.1 Further arguments are made with respect to RF exposure from WiFi, cell towers and smart meters that due to distance, exposure to these wavelengths are negligible.2 However, many in vitro, in vivo and epidemiological studies demonstrate that significant harmful biological effects occur from non-thermal RF exposure and satisfy Hill's criteria of causality.3 Genetic damage, reproductive defects, cancer, neurological degeneration and nervous system dysfunction, immune system dysfunction, cognitive effects, protein and peptide damage, kidney damage, and developmental effects have all been reported in the peer-reviewed scientific literature.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;Genotoxic effects from RF exposure, including studies of non-thermal levels of exposure, consistently and specifically show chromosomal instability, altered gene expression, gene mutations, DNA fragmentation and DNA structural breaks.4-11 A statistically significant dose response effect was demonstrated by Maschevich et al. , who reported a linear increase in aneuploidy as a function of the Specific Absorption Rate(SAR) of RF exposure.11 Genotoxic effects are documented to occur in neurons, blood lymphocytes, sperm, red blood cells, epithelial cells, hematopoietic tissue, lung cells and bone marrow. Adverse developmental effects due to non-thermal RF exposure have been shown with decreased litter size in mice from RF exposure well below safety standards.12 The World Health Organization has classified RF emissions as a group 2 B carcinogen.13 Cellular telephone use in rural areas was also shown to be associated with an increased risk for malignant brain tumors. 14&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;The fact that RF exposure causes neurological damage has been documented repeatedly. Increased blood-brain barrier permeability and oxidative damage, which are associated with brain cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, have been found.4,7,15-17 Nittby et al. demonstrated a statistically significant dose-response effect between non-thermal RF exposure and occurrence of albumin leak across the blood-brain barrier.15 Changes associated with degenerative neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) have been reported.4,10 Other neurological and cognitive disorders such as headaches, dizziness, tremors, decreased memory and attention, autonomic nervous system dysfunction, decreased reaction times, sleep disturbances and visual disruption have been reported to be statistically significant in multiple epidemiological studies with RF exposure occurring non-locally.18-21&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;Nephrotoxic effects from RF exposure also have been reported. A dose response effect was observed by Ingole and Ghosh in which RF exposure resulted in mild to extensive degenerative changes in chick embryo kidneys based on duration of RF exposure.24 RF emissions have also been shown to cause isomeric changes in amino acids that can result in nephrotoxicity as well as hepatotoxicity.25&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;Electromagnetic field (EMF) hypersensitivity has been documented in controlled and double blind studies with exposure to various EMF frequencies. Rea et al. demonstrated that under double blind placebo controlled conditions, 100% of subjects showed reproducible reactions to that frequency to which they were most sensitive.22 Pulsed electromagnetic frequencies were shown to consistently provoke neurological symptoms in a blinded subject while exposure to continuous frequencies did not.23&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;Although these studies clearly show causality and disprove the claim that health effects from RF exposure are uncertain, there is another mechanism that proves electromagnetic frequencies, including radiofrequencies, can negatively impact human health. Government agencies and industry set safety standards based on the narrow scope of Newtonian or &quot;classical&quot; physics reasoning that the effects of atoms and molecules are confined in space and time. This model supports the theory that a mechanical force acts on a physical object and thus, long-range exposure to EMF and RF cannot have an impact on health if no significant heating occurs. However, this is an incomplete model. A quantum physics model is necessary to fully understand and appreciate how and why EMF and RF fields are harmful to humans.26,27 In quantum physics and quantum field theory, matter can behave as a particle or as a wave with wave-like properties. Matter and electromagnetic fields encompass quantum fields that fluctuate in space and time. These interactions can have long-range effects which cannot be shielded, are non-linear and by their quantum nature have uncertainty. Living systems, including the human body, interact with the magnetic vector potential component of an electromagnetic field such as the field near a toroidal coil.26,28,29 The magnetic vector potential is the coupling pathway between biological systems and electromagnetic fields.26,27 Once a patient's specific threshold of intensity has been exceeded, it is the frequency which triggers the patient's reactions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;Long range EMF or RF forces can act over large distances setting a biological system oscillating in phase with the frequency of the electromagnetic field so it adapts with consequences to other body systems. This also may produce an electromagnetic frequency imprint into the living system that can be long lasting.26,27,30 Research using objective instrumentation has shown that even passive resonant circuits can imprint a frequency into water and biological systems.31 These quantum electrodynamic effects do exist and may explain the adverse health effects seen with EMF and RF exposure. These EMF and RF quantum field effects have not been adequately studied and are not fully understood regarding human health.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;Because of the well documented studies showing adverse effects on health and the not fully understood quantum field effect, AAEM calls for exercising precaution with regard to EMF, RF and general frequency exposure. In an era when all society relies on the benefits of electronics, we must find ideas and technologies that do not disturb bodily function. It is clear that the human body uses electricity from the chemical bond to the nerve impulse and obviously this orderly sequence can be disturbed by an individual-specific electromagnetic frequency environment. Neighbors and whole communities are already exercising precaution, demanding abstention from wireless in their homes and businesses.&lt;/p&gt;

Chambres d'enfants, logements, trams ou bureaux connaissent une exposition croissante aurayonnement de sources diverses: babyphones, téléphonie mobile, wifi, etc. Pourtant les étudessont de plus en plus nombreuses à mettre en garde contre les graves conséquences sanitaires dela pollution électromagnétique pour les êtres humains et les animaux.&lt;/p&gt;

Stricte application du principe de précaution, abaissement de valeurs limites
«D'un point de vue médical, il est urgent d'imposer le principe de précaution pour la téléphoniemobile, le wifi, les lignes à haute tension, etc.», constate le Dr Peter Kälin, président des Médecinsen faveur de l'environnement. La Chambre médicale autrichienne vient d'ailleurs de formuler lamême exigence à propos des compteurs intelligents («smart meters»).
Dans un courrier du 16mars 2012 au Conseil fédéral et à l'Assemblée fédérale, les Médecins en faveur del'environnement demandent de diviser les valeurs limites par dix. Et le Dr Yvonne Gilli,conseillère nationale, a repris les revendications des MfE en demandant au Conseil fédérals'il est disposé à protéger la population, à appliquer le principe de précaution et à abaisser les valeurs limites.Contact:

In April 2008, the RNCNIRP reviewed the short-term and long-term e&#64256;ects of mobile phone use for children. In particular, it reviewed possible decrease of intellectual abilities and cognition together with possible increases in susceptibility to epileptic &#64257;ts, &#8220;acquired dementia&#8221; and degeneration of cerebral nervous structures [11]. The results of clinical studies have shown that chronic exposure to RF EMF may lead to borderline psychosomatic disorders [12, 13, 14, 15, 16]. In 2010, a number of papers published in Russian and foreign peer-reviewed journals showed a response to RF EMF exposure from the immune system [17, 18].
Unfortunately, statistical data published in 2009 and 2010 by ROSSTAT and UNICEF show that, since 2000 there has been a steady growth in the incidence of childhood diseases identi&#64257;ed by RNCNIRP as &#8220;possible diseases&#8221; from mobile phone use [19, 20]. Of particular concern is the morbidity increase among young people aged 15 to 19 years (it is very likely that most of them are mobile phone users for a long period of time). Compared to 2009, the number of CNS disorders among 15 to 17 year-old has grown by 85%, the number of individuals with epilepsy or epileptic syndrome has grown by 36%, the number of &#8220;mental retardation&#8221; cases has grown by 11%, and the number of blood 4disorders and immune status disorders has grown by 82%. In group of children aged less than 14 years there was a 64% growth in the number of blood disorders and immune status disorders, and 58% growth in nervous disorders. The number of patients aged 15 to 17 years old having consultations and treatment due to CNS disorders has grown by 72%.&lt;/p&gt;

Summary: In November, 2009, a scientific panel met in Seletun, Norway, for three days of intensive discussion on existing scientific evidence and public health implications of the unprecedented global exposures to artificial electromagnetic fields (EMF). EMF exposures (static to 300 GHz) result from the use of electric power and from wireless telecommunications technologies for voice and data transmission, energy, security, military and radar use in weather and transportation. The Scientific Panel recognizes that the body of evidence on EMF requires a new approach to protection of public health; the growth and development of the fetus, and of children; and argues for strong preventative actions. New, biologically-based public exposure standards are urgently needed to protect public health worldwide.&lt;/p&gt;

Resolución de Porto Alegre
Nosotros, los científicos abajo firmantes, fuimos honrados de participar en
el seminario organizado por la Universidade Federal do Río Grande do Sul
y por el Ministerio Público de Río Grande do Sul, patrocinado y promovido
por el Ministerio de Salud de Brasil, por la Comisión Internacional de
Seguridad Electromagnética, por el Consejo por el Medio Ambiente de
Porto Alegre (COMAM/PA) y el Centro de Cuidado de la Salud de Río
Grande do Sul (CEVS/RS), entre otros; titulado &#8220;Seminario Internacional
sobre Radiaciones no ionizantes, Salud y Medio Ambiente&#8221;, que tuvo lugar
los días 18 y 19 de mayo de 2009 en Porto Alegre, Brasil.
Esta resolución adopta diversas resoluciones internacionales acordadas
en esta última década por científicos y médicos dedicados a esta
temática. Incluye resoluciones desarrolladas por la Comisión Internacional
de Seguridad Electromagnética [1], se basa a su vez, en otras fuentes
como el Bioinitiative Report[2] y un fragmento específico del periódico
Patofisiología en campos eléctricos y magnéticos, publicado en Agosto de
2009 [3].
Concordamos, en que la protección de la salud, el bienestar de las
personas y del medio ambiente requiere una adopción inmediata del
Principio Precautorio, que establece, &#8220;cuando hay indicadores de posibles
efectos adversos, o se carece de certeza sobre los mismos, los riesgos de
no hacer nada pueden ser mucho más significativos que los riegos de
atender estas manifestaciones controlando las exposiciones. El Principio
Precautorio cambia el enfoque, en pos de llevar adelante la penosa tarea
de búsqueda de pruebas, de sospechar un riesgo y evitar que se lo
desatienda&#8221;, hasta que nuevos descubrimientos científicos reconozcan un
únicoo criterio para el establecimiento o la modificación de los estándares
de exposición a radiaciones no ionizante.
Reconocemos que, tanto en Brasil como en el resto del mundo, ha habido
una explosión sin precedentes, en la disponibilidad y el uso de campos

electromagnéticos no ionizantes para comunicaciones eléctricas e
inalámbricas (teléfonos celulares e inalámbricos, redes WI-FI y Wi-MAX,
RFID, etc); a medida que se modifica la red eléctrica y la infraestructura de
banda ancha inalámbrica, esta expansión debería acompañarse de
informes sobre el manejo del riesgo para seguir los pasos adecuados y
proteger al público de una exposición prolongada a bajos niveles o a
extremadamente bajas frecuencias, así como a la exposición a campos de
radiofrecuencia electromagnética, que se han incrementado
sustancialmente en los últimos años en el medio ambiente.
Estamos preocupados por la evidencia que indica que la exposición a
campos electromagnéticos interfiere con la biología humana básica y
puede incrementar el riesgo de cáncer y otras enfermedades crónicas.
Los niveles de exposición en los que fueron observados estos efectos son
muchas veces menores a los niveles estándares promulgados por la
Comisión Internacional para la Protección de Radiación no Ionizante
(ICNIRP) [4] y el Comité Internacional de Seguridad Electromagnética
(ICES) [5] del (IEEE). Estos estándares son obsoletos y fueron derivados de
efectos biológicos ante exposiciones de corto tiempo e intensidad
elevada, que causan efectos en la salud mediante la elevación de la
temperatura y la excitación nerviosa descubierta décadas atrás. Nuevas
investigaciones indican que los campos electromagnéticos pueden
causar efectos dañinos para la salud aún a muy bajos niveles de
exposición. Los estándares del ICNIRP y del IEEE/ICES son apoyados y
promovidos por ciertos grupos interesados en evitar la planificación
técnica, las leyes, y las recomendaciones precautorias al público en
general.
Estamos profundamente alarmados porque los usos corrientes de la
radiación no ionizante de los teléfonos celulares, computadoras portátiles
inalámbricas y otras tecnologías ponen en riesgo la salud de niños y
adolescentes, mujeres embarazadas, personas ancianas y otros que son
más vulnerables debido a la edad o alguna discapacidad, incluyendo un
estado de salud conocido como hipersensibilidad electromagnética.

Enfáticamente, recomendamos las siguientes medidas precautorias:
1. Niños por debajo de los 16 años no deberían usar teléfonos
celulares ni teléfonos inalámbricos, excepto para llamadas de
emergencia;
2. La licencia y/o el uso de Wi-Fi, WIMAX, o cualquier otra clase de
tecnología de comunicación inalámbrica, interior o exterior, debería
preferentemente no incluir la instalación o la transmisión de señales
en residencias, colegios, centros de atención diaria, centros de
ancianos, hospitales o cualquier otro establecimiento donde las
personas pasan un tiempo considerable.
3. La licencia para la disposición e instalación de infraestructura
relacionada con la energía eléctrica y la banda ancha inalámbrica
de telecomunicaciones, particularmente, telefonía celular, Wi-Fi y
WIMAX solo debería ser aprobada luego de ser anunciada a los
oídos públicos y la aprobación garantizada con total consideración
y con la necesidad imperante de aplicar el Principio Precautorio. Las
áreas más sensibles deberían ser eludidas para proteger a la
población más vulnerable.
4. La humanidad debería ser incitada a continuar con el
descubrimiento de nuevas formas de aprovechamiento de energía
electromagnética no ionizante, buscando brindar beneficios a la
sociedad, a través de la definición de nuevos estándares de la
exposición humana, que estén basados en las realidades biológicas
de la naturaleza y no exclusivamente, en la consideración de la
economía y necesidades tecnológicas.
Por lo tanto, nosotros invitamos a todas las naciones a unirse a Suiza,
Italia, Bélgica, Rusia, China, Estados Unidos (en pos del estándar FCC para
una parcial exposición de la cabeza) así como otros países y regiones que
han elegido adoptar una estrategia más precautoria buscando garantizar
mayor seguridad a la población mientras se mantiene un servicio de
buena calidad.

Hacemos una llamada de urgencia a todas las naciones a convocar un
panel de expertos, seleccionado por candidatos recomendados de grupos
de la sociedad civil (no sólo aquellos preferidos por las industrias
afectadas) para discutir tecnología precautoria, leyes y advertencias para
poder desarrollar políticas que concilien las preocupaciones de la salud
pública con el desarrollo adicional de la tecnología inalámbrica de
comunicaciones, como por ejemplo los teléfonos celulares, al mismo
tiempo que la transmisión de energía eléctrica y los sistemas de
distribución.

exposición a campos electromagnéticos (CEM), de la Internacional
Comission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection, (ICNIRP)?&#8221;patrocinada
por Roger Coghill y Robert Verkek de la Royal Society, Londres, de
científicos que apoyaban el Informe BioInitiative, ampliando la
Resolución de Benevento de 2006; han decidido que:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class=&quot;spip&quot;&gt;&quot;Nosotros, los abajo firmantes, hacemos un llamamiento a la Agencia de
Protección t de la Salud del Reino Unido (UPA), Gobierno del Reino
